How to remove scroll on the site home page

We would want to remove the scroll from the main page to get the page layout displayed in one interface.

tried adjusting the individual webparts heights and width, didnt help. Please advise

I tried that Css property, it seems that is appied to that webpart, where in I want the page layout to be adjusted, so that the horizontal scroll would go away with that. so any suggestions on how to customize the master page layout which would apprently give us the layout that we are looking for.

Btw, this is happening after we have migrated our sites from 2010-sharepoint online

body{     height: 100%;     width: 100%;     overflow: hidden; }

and also you can try with  overflow-y: hidden;
