how to restore previous state of a folder in E or D drive

i over written my folder in e drive with some files. the folder already contain that file. so the files are over written now.

now i need the previous file content. i'm using windows 8 as operating system. can anyone have the solution..please help me i have no backup for that files.

try system restore. it will restore your file in previous state.
