how to round off 2.30 as 3 same way 2.15 as 2

try below got it will work fine here
create function as below

and pass your value as string to this function
for example,
  string _Value = "2.30";
  _Value = RoundOf(_Value);     //ex1

string _Value = "2.15";
  _Value = RoundOf(_Value);  //ex2
function is as follows

       {
           string[] _Valuesplit = Convert.ToDouble(_Value).ToString("F2").Split('.');
           int _intValue2 = Convert.ToInt16(_Valuesplit[1][0].ToString());
           if (_intValue2 >= 3)
           {
               _Value = Math.Ceiling(Convert.ToDouble(_Value)).ToString();
           }
           else
           {
               _Value = Math.Floor(Convert.ToDouble(_Value)).ToString();
           }

           return _Value;

I tried my self. i am also can't get. becz round off is a math function. based on maths 2.50 can be converted to 3, if thats 2.49 then that might be 2. you can't change the built in function's. so you should write the code by own to get that output.

roundoff function is not working
select round('02.35',0) as Hr while roundoff this value im getting only 2 my expecting answer is 3
bcoz 2.30 means 3 and 2.29 is 2

Is The Value Always same? if yes then use condition to round off.
