How to run Bat file cmd from website.....

Hai Friends,
I m using dotmatrixs Reports so i created TextFile to print....,using Bat file i m printing the report..
using code i write Cmd print option in Bat file n stored in my Project...its working fine in my local machine y means path is exactly stored ..
My Problem is how to hit my local machine Bat file n run from configured asp.net apps in server..

It is not possible to run a bat file in localhost from a web because of security issues.

i stored my asp.net website file in server n which was also configured in server..So. i wil use configured URL only in my local machine.n i will keep bat file in my local machine same name where i used in project ..in that condition,when i run Configurd url my local Bat file have to hit & run.
