Actually my problem is i dont see the sql server agent on remote desktop.how to run schedule job in asp.net that does not need sql server agent...

If your server has installed SQLServer express edition then you won't get SQLServer Agent tool because it is available in Enterprise or Standard edition. The workaround is you can execute sql statement through Windows Task scheduler. Or you can follow below link:
