how to save added, edited or deleted row in datagridview ?

I created a datagridview in windows forms linked to a table in sql server. by dragging it from the Toolbox. I have no code. The options 'Enable adding, editing and deleting are set.

Now, I can see the rows in the datagridview. I also can edit, delete or add a row. But when i close the form and i run the application again, nothing is changed in the table. How can i save the changes in sql server (adding, editing, deleting) i made before?

Dive deep, compare with gridview of Asp.NET and check, as ASP.NET GridView when connects to sqlDataSource then apart from select statement, statements for update and delete also gets generated..
so, is your DataGrid have those statements? if not then why are they not generating automatically, are their any foreign keys?
so, you need to dive a little deep.

Thanks to all.

I know i can use code, but simply for showing data, i don't need code. Just dragging a datagridview and connect it to a database. I thought it was also possible to edit, delete and add rows (like the gridview in asp.net) just by checking the options "Enable editing" ..., but clearly it doesn't work.
So my question is: what is the use of checking the options "Enable editing" etc ... in a datagridview?

Hi, thanks for replying.
I dragged the datagridview control from the toolbox and then, i clicked on the little arrow and i defined a connection string (Data Source=Maiph_1120_14\sqlexpress01;Initial Catalog=taxi;Integrated Security=True ), then i chose a table from the sql server database and finally i chose the options Enable adding, editing and deleting. That's it.
If i have to use code for adding, editing ..., what's the use of those adding, editing ... options?
The only thing that works is the option Reordening.
