how to save yes or no as 1 or 0 format using asp c# but user

For this you have to use bool or boolean in your model and bit in your database.

1. UI should have a radiobutton with texts "Yes" and "No", but internal values "0" and "1" as below. You can easily do that in asp.net

2. Then backend C# evaluate the value selected either 1 or 0.

3. If using SQL Server and only to store 0 and 1, use BIT data type

at database use these datatypes to columns at table

Create a tinyint(1) column and store 1 for yes and 0 for no;

Create a char(1) column and store 'Y' for yes;

Create a char(3) column and store 'yes' or 'no';
