How to search and highlight the text in word document in iframe

You can use LEADTOOLS Document SDK technology in your application.

You can leverage the DocumentViewer class coupled with the DocumentViewerText class. The DocumentViewer class will allow you to view the DOCX file and then the DocumentViewerText class manages the text operations in the Document Viewer, allowing you to search for key words in the document and highlight them. Also note, this functionality is available in .NET and JS.

DocumentViewerText text = _documentViewer.Text;
// Make sure we get the page text if necessary
text.AutoGetText = true;
DocumentViewerFindText options = new DocumentViewerFindText();

options.MatchCase = false;
// Any word that contains the phrase
options.WholeWordsOnly = false;
// Find all results in the bounds, not just the first
options.FindAll = true;
// Highlight the results in the View
