How to select a row in datagrid with integrated chkbox

Hello , Please solve my problem ....

Quotation : " I am using datagrid with sql datasource attached in it , now i have added one column containing CHECKBOX and also converted it to Item Template, this is the first column of my datagrid , now i want that when a user clicks on any rows CHECKBOX , that row must get selected and that selected rows back color gets changed ! "

How to achieve this task in ASP.Net C# .. please reply at ur earliest

Who said this is the correct answer ??? i think u haven't read my question ! read it carefully then try to solve .....

hi, from the datagrid, add the 'SELECT' column which allows the row to be selected. then for the SELECTED rows back color,you can change the setting in the selected item style in PROPERTIES panel.
