How to select group in Listview?

You make two taks:

1.- Aggregate the GroupDescriptions:

var view = CollectionViewSource.GetDefaultView(estadoEventos);
view.GroupDescriptions.Add(new PropertyGroupDescription("NamePropertyToGroup"));

2.- Modify the GroupStyle of ListBox:

<ListView ...>
<ListView.GroupStyle>
<GroupStyle>
<GroupStyle.ContainerStyle>
<Style TargetType="{x:Type GroupItem}">
<Setter Property="Margin" Value="0,0,0,5"/>
<Setter Property="Template">
<Setter.Value>
<ControlTemplate TargetType="{x:Type GroupItem}">
<Expander IsExpanded="False" BorderBrush="#FFA4B97F" BorderThickness="2,2,2,2">
<Expander.Header>
<DockPanel>
