How to send the message to Whatsapp through .Net

Dear All, Is there any Whatsapp API to send the message to Whatsapp through .Net. i got below NuGet Link from Internet https://www.nuget.org/packages/WhatsAppAPI/ But not downloaded in Visual Studio 2010 from NuGet Command. Please help on this. Thanks Basit.
