How to send the message to Whatsapp through .Net

Dear All,

Is there any Whatsapp API to send the message to Whatsapp through .Net.

I have tried WhatsappAPI. but could not register Mobile number in WART tool.

But WART tool is not working.

Is there any way to send message to whatsapp?
