how to set path

You need to provid full path with filename in value to filepath variable. 

Example : 

//get the path where you want to save the file
string myPath = Server.MapPath("~/DownloadedFiles/");

//set the full file path including the file name
string filePath = myPath + fileName; //Provide filename
