how to set table in mail body

yes i want then user create account, nd press create button, one autometed mail send to the clinet id.
but with some specific. fields only,. nd i want it in asp.cs page. not html side.
check the papes which i attached. it can say much easy what i want,
please send me the code or tell me the suggestion,

As you want to send the e-mail when any account are being created, right?

if you want to send the table form then you have to learn about html based emailing. but you only want to send the arranged data then you have to create notepad file and have to use read/write concept to do it. The data of notepad file will be as follows:

For more details how it works and all the configuration, you have to learn Login in ASP.Net (like CreateUser, ForgetPassword, ChangePassword etc.).
