how to show dynamic Content in partial view MVC Razor view e

I am new to MVC and I have created a web application in that application i have a service page i want to show the service data from database my service table contains (ID,NAme,Description,Image) how to show that i am very new i need example demo check the attached document which i want to show on service partial view
