how to show edited values in gridviews on input screen?

Hai friends,
      I m creating one application in that input fields are


date:(jquery date picker)
from:(text)
to:(text)
travel mode:(cascading drop down box ll choose the mode reflect seat type)
seat type:(drop down)
number of days:(text)
add(button)

now after adding the all details ll show on gridview.
My requirement  is when choose the edit button entire details ll be input fields how to make the code ?
