how to sho wmsg like your data submitted successfully and id 10 in mes box

my data inserted successfully

but i wanrt with id on that meaage how to do this

ok ankit.but this website i copied from to system and saved in folder.now i opened this website from to create new website then got an error

Regarding this error , its clearly shown there

This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.

So please create a local virtual directory from your visual Studio

You just need to add @ID to the params collection and then retrieve it like this,
cmd.Parameters.Add("@ID", SqlDbType.Int, 4).Direction = ParameterDirection.Output;
cmd.ExecuteNonQuery();
//Now just read the value of : cmd.Parameters["@ID"].value

Now just write below line of code to show msg
ScriptManager.RegisterClientScriptBlock(this, this.GetType(), "alertMessage", "alert('Record Inserted Successfully for Id:'+cmd.Parameters["@ID"].value.ToString())", true);
