How to show Photo in Crystal Report

Hi Everyone ..

I have Image URL saved in my Sql table 

I want to show the image of that URL in my Crystal Report 

I drag the Image URL to my Crystal Report to see if there is a data or not and it show me the full URL 

How can I view the image insted of the URL and can I give it a fixed Size ??
