Practice is the only way to solve the communication problem. (i hope English is your problem)
There is a gradient approach to be an expert in communication:
1) Increase vocabulary through installing wordweb on computer, watch english movies in repeat mode
2) Increase fluency in talking through joining an english coaching class
3) If you are really serious to be expert, Join a company where non-native employees are there, this will make a MUST situation of speaking in English. This will make your subconscious mind start THINKING in english. People who live outside the state usually become expert in English & Hindi :)
