Hi Vikrant,
The first step is Understand the Basics, Familiarize yourself with fundamental concepts like machine learning, neural networks, and deep learning. Online courses like those on Coursera ( Andrew Ng’s course on Coursera is highly recommended ). and I have gone through the same. Also, Python is the most commonly used language in AI. Get comfortable with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib for data manipulation and visualization.
