how to Store combobox .value in database

Question

dear all

i want to store Datagridview combobox value into database . after selection of value in combobox.

 

after selection i have one button in that form.. after button click value should be saved in database

n set that value to combobox whan i next time load that form.  

 

i'have sql database and windows form..
