if you nget the lat long possition then can easyly get loocation used google map javascript api

No, i am not using any device...actually i have to check whether GPS is on or off first on login button click...if its on then it will proceed to login else it will prompt to make GPS settings to on...what i'll do??

are you using any gps machine ?

if you are using means you have to read the data from machine and need to store in data base.

Throghu mobile only are you collecting geo related data ?

write on insert api and store the data to database

from andriod side they will send you the data.

table like

id , Imei number , latitude , langitude

using the imei number you can identify the data belongs to which mobile.
