How to upload files in server folder using windows application with c# using ip address?

Hello,
Than you need to set the network credential.
otherwise try this if possible
private void button2_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
  {
      try
      {
          WebClient client = new WebClient();
          Uri addy = new Uri(@"\\192.168.100.218\UploadDocs\"+fileName);
          byte[] arrReturn = client.UploadFile(addy, textBox1.Text);
          MessageBox.Show(arrReturn.ToString());
      }
      catch (Exception ex1)
      {
          MessageBox.Show(ex1.Message);
      }

i am not set username and password for network credential

Hello,
Check the network credential, Username and Password for the given IP Address.
If it is changed, you have to change in your code.

Simply you can try File.Copy

i.e
File.Copy(@"\\serverIP\sourceFileFolder\file1", @"\\server2IP\destinationFileFolder\file1");

Open file on button click :
private void button1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
    {

        string path = "";
        OpenFileDialog fDialog = new OpenFileDialog();
        fDialog.Title = "Attach customer proposal document";
        fDialog.Filter = "Doc Files|*.doc|Docx File|*.docx|PDF doc|*.pdf";
        fDialog.InitialDirectory = @"C:\";
        if (fDialog.ShowDialog() == DialogResult.OK)
        {
            fileName = System.IO.Path.GetFileName(fDialog.FileName);
            path = Path.GetDirectoryName(fDialog.FileName);
            textBox1.Text = path + "\\" + fileName;

        }
    }
And Save to Server using other button click :

          NetworkCredential nc = new NetworkCredential("", "");

          client.Credentials = nc;

          MessageBox.Show(arrReturn.ToString());

      }
      catch (Exception ex1)

          MessageBox.Show(ex1.Message);
      }
  }
