how to upload videos

hi i want to upload videos that is having 800mb i want to display it in windows media player control in asp.net iam getting but is taking nearly 4 to 5m to show the video is it possible to do in less time

When you say two hours? what is the size of the video? where are you uploading it to? i..e from you machine to Server via internet??

yah i would like to tell u that iam using asp.net 2.0 i want to upload videos of large content like 2 hrs video iam getting that but it is taking nearly 5 minutes to upload i want more faster process to upload videos
