Firstly make a custom listview, using BaseAdapter.
In List row put a spinner its done.
You can find easily many tutorials for custom listviews.
so, a list row - which will be a one row of your list, put a spinner into that layout.
You can set the spinner data by defining model class.
which contains getter setters.
