How to Validate HTML5 in Client Side and If its Valid its Value should be passed to server

Question

 I used HTML5 Controls like 1. Input TextBox 2.Button ...I want to Validate and if not valid, then Client Side Validations should happen , Otherwise Values of that controls should be passed to ASP.Net Page
