All great answers above! Getting freelance work is all about your reputation. Why should a company give you the work and take risks? Have you done any work in the past? Do you have any testimonials? Here is what you can do:
You can start contributing to this platform, CSharp.com. Share your projects, code, write articles and tutorials, earn credits, and build your reputation. We're making this platform so you can share your profile with future companies that are looking for freelancers. We're also going to launch a freelancer marketplace on this website in the coming time. Start building your profile and your reputation.

Many, many years ago when I was a contractor I had an agent that got me work. You know, the type of agent that gets people employment jobs. Except some of them specialize in contracts. I do not know for sure that they still exist but I assume they do. I think the followiong is an example of what I mean.
Independent Contractor Placement with Career Strategy Consultants
https://careerstrategyinc.com/services/independent-contractor-placement/
There are many others, I am sure. I assume you are not in the USA and if so then you should find an agency in your country.
I think someone posted a response from an AI system. I am surprised it does not know about agencies.

It's great to see your interest in freelancing as a senior .NET developer! Working as a freelancer in the .NET ecosystem can open up various opportunities for you. Here are some steps to help you kickstart your journey:
1. Building Your Profile: Start by creating a strong profile showcasing your expertise in both .NET Framework and .NET Core on popular freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, or even on specialized platforms like Gun.io for tech freelancers.
2. Showcasing Your Work: Share samples of your previous projects, GitHub repositories, or any other work that highlights your skills and experience with .NET technologies.
3. Networking: Connect with other freelancers or professionals in the industry through platforms like LinkedIn, relevant forums, or local tech meetups. Networking can help you get referrals and valuable insights.
4. Bidding on Projects: Browse through projects related to .NET and .NET Core on freelancing websites, and start bidding on the ones that align with your expertise. Craft personalized proposals showcasing how you can add value to the project.
5. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the .NET ecosystem. Continuous learning will not only enhance your skills but also make you stand out as a competent freelancer.
6. Seek Mentorship: Don't hesitate to seek guidance from experienced freelancers or mentors who have been successful in the field. They can provide valuable tips and tricks based on their experiences.
