how to write the data from the database into the textfile??

how to write the data from the database into the textfile in the windows web application into the local desktop,not in the server?

Web applications cannot access the local files directly, if it is an windows application (client side) then you can

we are facing issue to write into the textfile from the server but we can write into the textfile locally...

what's the issue? fetch data from db and write those in a file and write code to download them
