How to write UniCode character on Console?

Unless the windows console on your machine supports TrueType fonts other than Consolas or Lucida Console, then I don't think you will be able to do this because (as far as I can see) these fonts don't support Hindi or Chinese characters.

However, if you do have some different fonts you could try setting the Console's OutputEncoding property to a code page which does support Indian characters such as one of the ISCII pages (57002 to 57011), to the UTF8Encoding or (if you have .NET 4.5, VS2012) to the UnicodeEncoding.
