You need to have a Facebook Business Manager account and connect it to your Instagram account. Next you need to create a Facebook app and generate an access token with the required permissions to manage your product catalog. Once this is done now you have to implement a web API that can retrieve your product data from your e-commerce platform or database and format it into a format compatible with the Facebook product catalog API. Finally you need to set up a sync process that periodically retrieves your latest product data and updates your Instagram product catalog via the web API.
