howtodynamically generate clientid and secretid using oauth

Hi,

i am completely new to oauth. i dont want definitions i need to do client registration.

client name, client email, redirect uri will give from UI but how dynamically generate the client id and secret id using oauth 2.

wasting more time reading all the articles but no where mentioned the examples. pls save me on this regards.
