HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error in IIS

it is showing that scriptResourceHandler is duplicate, means it is added more than once. Open your web.config and search for scriptResourceHandler, if it is more than once, comment one,

 

If you are working with more than one web.config files,  comment scriptResourceHandler in sub folder web.config
