when i run my project this error comes....................how to remove this error

Please share your code or Refer the following links, because 500.19 error occurs due to multiple reasons.

This error occurs due to many reasons, possible reasons are here:

Simply check application has permission to read the directory.

https://www.iis.net/learn/manage/configuring-security/application-pool-identities

or make sure that ASP.NET is installed in your machine. And ASP.NET is properly configured with IIS.
