HttpApplication and HttpModules

HttpModules contains all the events that are there in HttpApplication, So what is use of calling again HttpModule events that are already there in HttpApplication like,
Application_BeginRequest
Application_EndRequest
Application_PreRequestHandlerExecute
etc.
