Hurry frnds...! Need guidance for Mailing Application

Hello frnds,

Iam here to develop a mailing applications. And where iam stucking is how can i configure my inbox. Becoz smtp server sends the mail and pop3 or imap responsibility for deliverying the mails to the account. Then how can i configure my inbox account jst like with gridview.

Please help me frnds, documentation is very helpful for my work.
