I am facing problem to register com object in visual studio

Hi.
I am have developed a desktop application in visual studio 2005 with c# every thing is fine in working but when i deployed the application i have faced a problem as show in image bellow:


I have used a com object named as "AxInterop.MSFlexGridLib.dll" for data listing purpose.
so what should i have to do.
