wauuu... Satyapriya that is quite a list.
But to narrow it down a bit for anyone who is doing the last minute preparations.
In this brief time you will not have a chance to learn much.
So you should focus on questions that are most related to the position that you applied, search for the interview questions for the technologies that are specified as a requirement for that position.
Or in case the jobs description is very poor then focus on questions that are related to the company itself, do a little research about the company (What does it do: web, mobile, desktop, services? What are their products: custom applications, components, SaaS? etc.)
This should narrow down the technologies that you should brush up.
Also the last thing I would recommend is to prepare for the commonly used whiteboard tests, for example you can use the programming aptitude tests from TestDome for practice.
For example if you are preparing for the position of a web developer then use these HTML, CSS and JavaScript coding tests, also these C# coding tests and some SQL questions. I believe that would cover most of things, also you should try solving the coding tests on a piece of paper (instead of an IDE), believe me that is a great preparation for whiteboard.
