u need to switch first of all, it will increase ur salary(maybe get doubled, if u have skills).
then afterwards u can switch to company, which basically do works on .net framework.
(Bangalore, Noida, Pune, Delhi) are best s/w industry hubs,

In which state you are working... if possible you can come in bangalore, there is a lot off companies for dot net.
