I am trying to install OTRS on IIS7.

I am trying to configure OTRS with IIS7 , For that purpose i had installed ActivexPerl 5.12.4 ,MySql,OTRS :-otrs-3.2.7-win-installer-2.4.7.exe

After successfull installation of OTRS i had putup the OTRS setup folder from Program files OTRS to inetpub->wwwroot directory for running on the localhost

I had checked my perl & cgi script are going to run ON IIS7. I had put up this script code in inetpub->wwwroot directory.

when i am going to run http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl from localhost i am getting the error like this,

HTTP Error 502.2 - Bad Gateway

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are "Can't open perl script "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\otrs\installer.pl": No such file or directory ".

I had downloaded OTRS from http://www.otrs.com/en/open-source/get-otrs/software-download/ this link. U can also try it, it is challenging task for all one to do it?

From where u downloaded this OTRS app? so that i can try in my local.
