Azure App service will be ideal choice of you. You can use free tier or Dev Test tier with lower cost. There is option to restrict with IP or domain and can handle authentication and Authorization. Azure App service is quite easy to use and flexible.

Hi Sanjay,

 

You need to host your website on web hosting and need to purchase domain for your website. Once you upload your site updated on hosting space you able to access your site via internet.

if you don't want domain and hosting , and your sole purpose is to make you site available to your students in a local network.

Then open IIS manage (click window+R and type inetmgr) and add your website there and then manage bindings , choose an ip address , connect all the PCs/mobile phones to the same  network (wifi or hotspot)and then all will be able to surf your site with the Ip address.

 

if you want to make your website available for world then purchase a domain and hosting plan and then host it.

Deploy your website on IIS server either on premises windows seevr or via purchased of any cloud windows server, you also need to purchase a domain.
