I don't get submmit an article

Hi, My name is Stephany Henrique ([email protected]), I write article to you guys. I'm with a article pending of approval (Middleware in asp.net core), but when I try to approve, the application speaks that I have to inform a title, but the article already has a title.

Do application have some problem?
