Hi.

First you enter name,city and mobnumb in your respective textbox, click submit and in your submit click event you need to retrieve all values like name,city and mobnumb and add those values in list. After that bind that list to gridview.For Search also, enter values in name and mobnum textbox, click on Search and in your search click event retrieve Name or MobNum values and apply a filter in your list and bind that filtered list to gridview.

Then you need to use a list and in the list bind those textbox values. After that bind that list to gridview. And For Search you need to do a filter in list and again you need to bind that filtered list in gridview.

Hi.

When You click on Submit then on Sumit Click you need to get Name,City,MobNum values and you need to insert in database. After that get the data from database and bind in gridview. For the Search, you need to write select query based on where condition and you need to retrieve the data again and you need to bind in gridview.
