i have a file in cwd, i don't know it's name.. the only thing that i know it will be .mp4 extension.. how can i do that?

Hi Hrasha,

I would say the best practice to use a filter while retrieving the files with extension .mp4.

Using "file.endswith(".mp4")" will create a performance issue and not a best practice to use like this. Here, if you see, you will read all the files with any extension, then you will match with every file ends with .mp4.

I would encourage you to use the "Directory.GetFiles(@"your Current working directory path", "*.mp4")"

Here IO dll itself has customized implementation to read and filter out with extension with improved performance manner.

Use like this...

string[] filePaths = Directory.GetFiles(@"your Current working directory path", "*.mp4")

This will work for you...

You will find all the file path located in CWD with extension .mp4
