on value 'Dec' , 'Jan' return NULL, why

Frankly, I didn't understand what you are trying to achieve, but noticed that the value of variable @1Names was null if the following expression:

SELECT @RETURN = @Names +' , '+ @1Names;

So, I modified it as follows:

SELECT @RETURN = @Names +' , '+ isnull(@1Names, '');

And now code is returning some value.

I believe that to achieve something very simple, you have done a lot of coding.
