I am having a system in which i want to have unlimited languages I want the admin have the right to add any new language at any time and make it active or deactive , I have Two region one is the main interface of the site and the other is the inside content like main layout contain the header footer but the inside content can have other language as well like header footer can be in english but the inside content which would be inside the contenttemplate can be in french can some one share the best approach to do this.

GOOGLE TRANSLATE IS NOT the solution

Madan Sorab I knew how to do that? but i need Database related stuff how to do it ? i want how i can make the normalize database
