Accepted answer
Easiest way is to have an overloaded constructor and pass the owner into it.
public class DummyA
{
    public DummyA(object owner)
    {
       var createdByDummyMain = owner is DummyMain;
    }
}
and then do
public class DummyMain
{
    public DummyMain()
    {
        var dmmA = new DummyA(this);
    }
}

if i am right , you want to collect all classes which has a references of a particular class,
in that case you need to use reflection
var c = typeof(ClassName).Assembly.GetTypes().Where
                        (
                            t => t.IsClass &&
                            t.Namespace == (typeof(ClassName)).Namespace &&
                            t.IsSubclassOf(typeof(ClassName))
                        );
