I have created Blog in my project(MVC4 with C#).But its load

I would suggest to divide your problem in two parts.

1. Focus on Database side and see if it is taking more time in getting the data out. - you can use Profiler to figure out the record read/write time and number of records.

or

2. Focus on UI and business logic if that is consuming more time (either in loading the data on page or doing any calculation). - You can run the Timer in code to figure it out.

It would help us to address the issue if you can share little code that is causing the issue.

Do you have complex logic for calculation. If yes make it simple, use table variable.

 

If your table contains lots of records then use Index. Secondly retrieve limited required records not all records.

 

For cross verify, execute SP directly in Database and see how much time taking. If it is taking less then it is problem from edmx implemantion. If it is same then we need to work DB side to optimize quries.
