I have .jp2 image i want to convert it into .jpg in c#

You need to use a specialized toolkit that supports reading JP2 file format and also writes JPG files. Using LEADTOOLS you can do that with few lines of code:

string inputJp2Image = @"C:\Users\Public\Documents\LEADTOOLS Images\image1.jp2";
string outputJpgImage = @"C:\Users\Public\Documents\LEADTOOLS Images\image1_result.JPG";
RasterCodecs _codecs = new RasterCodecs();
RasterImage img = _codecs.Load(inputJp2Image);
_codecs.Save(img, outputJpgImage, RasterImageFormat.Jpeg411, img.BitsPerPixel);
