I have one issue in bootstrap designing

when i design any form using bootstrap in asp.net c# web applcation. and when run the page on google its looking fine but same design run on another browser like Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge than the design change automatically... i cant understand what going wrong.

can possible design issue or what ?

the design appear great in Google Crome but in another web browser its appear not properly some textboxes, card and other control not appear as i set in design.....

what should be wrong ?

This is good for a website that provides services.
look at IBM, their website is plain and simple. However, some clients may ask for attractive and animated themes.
Also, designing a template is very creative work. selection of perfect colors, typography, media queries, sass, fonts comes with years of experience.
UI/UX designers are creative people, I am not one of them.
Which color to choose, which font to choose is a very tough job for me.

i'm a begginer so this type designing can work for carrier....
or i should improve my designing....?

Style.Css is not loaded properly so i removed it from folder but forgot to remove from page i used only mystyle.css.
this web is in browser working fine but when we do small browser then the navigation is not collapse and this site is not appear in mobile. kindly check it in mobile.....

MyStyle.css is loading correctly but Style.Css is not loading? have you used style.css anywhere?
also, the site is working properly on all browsers for me.

see this demo website i have tried to develope web site using bootstrap 4.5v and also used some css code to design web but when i host it on server its look like as given web path above...

already i use local files to build the web... not using cdn sir..

it means bootstrap is not loading properly, use local bootstrap CSS instead of CDN and test.

css also not working its working on local machine but when i host it on server it stop working.

here. is my queries...

i have three cards on my one page when i run page on google crome it apear fine
but when i run it on another browsers than it not appear as i set in design being some big our some small.
css classes also not properly work.
page also not responsive as per mobile, tablet etc...

what is not working? responsiveness or element's specific css?
