i have one year of experience in dot net but not doing job from 2 year..i can get job again

I support Pankaj & Anil Kumar's advices.. wanted to add one point more.

The CORE reason why companies ask for experience is the ABILITY to do the work in short possible time in good quality.

So even if a person having 5 year experience & cannot perform the job, the experience does not count.

Again, in the positive sense, if a 1 year experience guy having gap of 5 years, and still he can perform the job well, then he is fit for the job.

So you have to concentrate a month for practicing the latest trends, preferably what is your passion & try to show case some latest work (through web or so).

Having one year experience is plus point for getting interview calls and job. Just enhance you skills with trending technologies like HTML5, MVC, WCF and you will be able to grab job.

Its difficult to get job but not impossible.
Try with correct reason why you was left job from last 2 years...may be any cmp will give chance.

Better that create some dummy ptojects and host them anywhere and mension it in your resume to show you have still knowledge of dot net.

Also you can learn some new technologies to get job a little soon.\ like MVC4 etc
